Stock replenishment

Toscana offers the possibility to determine reorder points for all items available in your inventory in order to prevent stockouts. Reorder points are predefined inventory levels at which it's deemed necessary to reorder products or materials to maintain inventory at optimal levels. When inventory levels fall to or below the reorder point, the system will notify you allowing you to generate a purchase order for that item and select the most suitable supplier. This function is further integrated with procurement processes allowing you to track the status of that order and get information when it is delivered.
