With a simple click on the order, you can access the order confirmation and cross-check the received items. If they match, a quick confirmation click updates your inventory levels, adding the new materials to stock. Conversely, if the received goods don't align with the ordered quantities, adjustments can be made effortlessly to ensure accuracy.
For goods ordered within a work order, Toscana automatically allocates them to the corresponding project. This means that project team members can swiftly determine when their materials are ready for use.
Following the completion of the receiving process, the system instantly updates inventory records in real-time. This includes adjusting the quantity on hand, revising inventory values, and refreshing other pertinent data.
