Toscana ERP allows delivery personnel to capture electronic signatures from recipients upon the successful delivery of products or services. This electronic signature serves as concrete evidence that the delivery was completed and accepted by the customer or the designated recipient.
In addition to electronic signatures, Toscana ERP permits delivery personnel to attach photos and notes to the proof of delivery record. The proof of delivery data is updated in real-time within the Toscana ERP system.
